"Ania, or "Anna," (she goes by both, really) was more than great. She really was, in a sense, a family member in our situation to get us a house. Our situation isn't exactly what a listing agent wants. None of us are married, and we have pets. She was responsive to all of our concerns, texts, and rescheduling. She was knowledgeable, and negotiated on our behalf without even asking. She drove all around Jersey just for us, without any hesitation. Ania more than just goes out of her way for you. She genuinely wants your happiness, and peace of mind. I'm MORE than recommending her. She's the ideal agent for you, bar none. Easiest 5 stars ever."

"A Proper Professional Who Went Above and Beyond! And Became a Friend :)We couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through our home-buying journey. From day one, Ania was incredibly helpful, responsive, and truly cared about us.. not just as clients, but as people.One of the biggest challenges we faced early was getting significantly undervalued on our initial appraisal. It felt like a huge setback, but Ania didn’t back down. She rolled up her sleeves, worked directly with the appraiser, pulled the right comps, and managed to get the property re-appraised for nearly $100K more than the original number. We were absolutely blown away! This was a huge win all thanks to her!But it didn’t stop there. The sale had plenty of curveballs.. buying and transferring ownership of solar panels, navigating U&O paperwork, dealing with seller-side delays.. the list goes on. Through it all, Ania kept the process moving.. constantly coordinating with the sellers, their agent, our lawyers, and our lender. It could’ve been a nightmare, but thanks to her, it was actually smooth and manageable.More than anything, Ania made us feel like we weren’t alone in the process. She was always there answering questions, offering reassurances, and finding solutions when things got complicated.By the end of it all, she wasn’t just our realtor.. she became a friend. "Ania was very helpful for us. We needed to find a new place and renters at the same time. She handled both rapidly and professionally. She organized multiple showing the first 2 weeks saving us from losing months of potential rent. She also slogged through showing us ~6 places in a week till we found what we were looking for.
